PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Application Information

Application Requirements

In order to be considered for this residency, the applicant must:
  1. Possess a strong interest in clinical pharmacy practice and providing direct patient-centered care
  2. Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
  3. Be enrolled in or complete an ACPE-accredited PharmD degree program
  4. Participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program

Application Materials

The applicant must submit the following application materials via the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) at https://portal.phorcas.org:

  1. Letter of interest/intent
  2. Current curriculum vitae
  3. Three professional letters of recommendation (via standard PhORCAS reference form)
  4. Official college of pharmacy transcripts
