What Is Nurse-Family Partnership?
Nurse-Family Partnership is a voluntary, free mother and child health program. If you are a first-time mom, receive assistance early in your pregnancy and continue until your child is 2 years old.
Invite the baby’s father or family members to participate if you would like them to be present.
Dependable, Supportive Nurses
A knowledgeable, well-trained registered nurse visits your home regularly to help you stay healthy and safe during your pregnancy. Many new moms in the program develop a close, trusting relationship with their Nurse-Family Partnership nurse.
Count on your nurse to help you build confidence and find the tools and resources you need to ensure a healthy, safe start for your baby. Get encouragement and take steps toward a stable life with opportunities for success for you and your child.
