Healthcare Engineering Technician
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Provides and documents preventive and corrective maintenance on medical equipment and systems, performing substantial maintenance, safety testing and routine repairs.
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in biomedical engineering technology or related field or equivalent experience is required.

Hemodialysis Technician
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
The Hemodialysis Tech II is responsible for initiating all clinical floor training that teaches and integrates UH policies, procedures and dialysis theory for the treatment of ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) patients for all dialysis clinical floor position.
Education/Experience:
- A high school diploma/GED or higher is required
- Must be a PCT with at least a year of experience in hemodialysis within the last 24 months
- CCHT certification is required

Occupational Therapist
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Plans, develops and implements professionally competent, comprehensive individual and group treatment programs for inpatients and outpatients. Assists with managerial, administrative and educational duties as assigned by Rehab Manager.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Professional clinical experience not required.
- Licensure by the Texas Executive Council of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners as an Occupational Therapist is required.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc is preferred.

Electrician
Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Provides services required for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various electrical components. Ensures prompt and proficient performance of assigned duties.
Education/Experience:
- High school graduation or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years working as a journeyman or apprentice electrician required.
- Must have a basic understanding of safety practices, state and local electrical codes, electrical circuits, motors, switches and switching gear.
