University Health Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from University Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to healthcare services provided to you through University Health, including updates related to your visits, your University Health MyChart account, one-time passcodes, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.

You may opt-out of University Health SMS messages by texting STOP to the phone number or short code from which you received the text message. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to rejoin you may do so through University Health’s MyChart or by texting HELP to the short code for instructions.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you may reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you may obtain help directly by emailing HelloWorldSupport@uhtx.com or by calling Hello World Patient Support line at 210-358-4980.

Not all carriers are covered and supported carriers may change from time to time. Carriers and University Health are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. University Health may suspend or terminate your receipt of University Health text messages at any time. University Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the University Health text message services, with or without notice.

Message and data rates may apply for any message sent or received, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Message frequency may vary.
