Tai Chi Class

The Texas Diabetes Institute invites you to join us for a Tai Chi Exercise Class! Join us for a special exercise class that focuses on improving heart and lung functions, improving strength and flexibility, improving balance and decreasing stress levels. Classes held at the Texas Diabetes Institute's Fitness Center, room 1019.
