I have no problems with the provider - we adore Dr. Van Ramshorst but I would be remiss if I said I absolutely despise this clinic. As an employee, it is so frustrating that there is no improvement; we have been going for about 5 years and there have been no positive changes in the processes. But I have so few other options within our insurance coverage and I truly appreciate our physician. I don't want to stop seeing him but I would do just about anything to not have to go back to this clinic ever again. The majority of the staff seems rather incompetent, unconcerned about any delays, and rather disinterested in providing parient and family centered care.
