Angel Eye Video Monitoring

If you can’t be at the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) all the time, check in on your baby while you’re away through Angel Eye® video monitoring. The NICU at the Women's & Children's Hospital is the only hospital in San Antonio to offer this unique communication program.

Crosses the Distance for Families

Gain access to a unique and personal experience to interact with your newborn. Many of the babies inside our Level IV NICU come to us from out of town, causing parents and family members to travel long distances to spend time with their infants. With 10 Angel Eye cameras available, we bring families together to be part of your newest family member’s journey, regardless of the distance.

Benefits of Angel Eye

Play an essential role in your baby’s well-being even when you can’t be there in person. If you work or live outside of San Antonio, our secure video camera monitoring system can make you feel like you are in the NICU with your baby.

Powered by the Angel Eye NICU camera system, this secure, online technology allows you and your loved ones to:

  • View clear images of your newborn day or night through high-resolution cameras
  • Chat in real-time with your baby’s neonatal care team
  • Give online access to family members to check on your baby and manage their account
  • Leave messages for your baby’s care team any time, day or night
  • Access language translation services if needed

How to Log in

You will receive a username and password from your baby’s neonatal care team. If you need technical support with your account, please call 855-456-6805.
