Patient Relations

Patient Relations

Providing excellent, personalized and compassionate care is the top priority of every University Health team member. We want your experience with us to leave you feeling you’ve received the best care possible from people who are personally invested in your health and healing process.

Compliment a Staff Member

To tell us about a staff member who went above and beyond for you or a friend or relative, please send us an email at patient.relations@uhtx.com. He or she will be recognized as a University Health Shining Star! You can also nominate a nurse for a Daisy Award or any other member of our staff for a Bee Award.

Talk to Us About Your Concerns

If you have a concern or suggestions related to your care, please let us know. The best place to start is with the people directly involved with your care, such as a nurse or any staff member. If you continue to have concerns, you may contact the clinical director or the nurse manager on your unit.

If your concern is still unresolved, please contact the Department of Patient Relations at 210-358-0600 or patient.relations@uhtx.com.
