Trick or treat with little ghosts and goblins

This Halloween, our youngest patients at University Hospital will be transformed into superheroes and their favorite fantasy characters for a trick-or-treat parade through the halls of the hospital’s Sky Tower.

Along the way they’ll meet favorite costumed characters and hospital staff who will fill their Halloween bags with goodies. The Child Life team, which organizes the parade, counts this as one of the year’s favorite events for current and former patients. Our patients aren’t able to haunt their home neighborhoods, but still want to dress up and share their Halloween spirit.

Who:
Pediatric patients in costumes, SeaWorld’s Shamu, UTSA athletes and University Hospital staff, dressed up and loaded with treats
What: Annual Pediatric Halloween Parade
When: 1:00 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31
Where: University Hospital lobby, 4502 Medical Drive
