Love Helpz Kidz Tour
Love Helpz Kidz will stage a charity fashion show for childhood cancer on Sunday, July 10, 2016 — with some very special models.
The Love Helpz Kidz Tour organizes charity fashion shows for children with cancer throughout the nation. On July 10,the tour will stop in San Antonio Texas, and host a fashion show at the San Fernando Hall.
Local children being treated for cancer at University Health System’s South Texas Pediatric Blood & Cancer Center will walk as models in the fashion show and attendees can buy T-shirts, teddy bears, raffle and silent auction items to support the organization. Proceeds will benefit University Children’s Health, the pediatric programs of University Health System. Attendees will have the opportunity to take photos with the Love Helpz Kidz Tour mascot Buddy, Marvel superheroes and Star Wars characters. There will also be several other activities during the event such as caricature drawing and face painting.
The doors for the event will open at 12:30 p.m. and the fashion show will start at 1:30 p.m. The first 15 people arriving at the location will receive a Love Helpz Kidz T-shirt and access to an exclusive meet and great and photo opportunity with Buddy the mascot, Marvel superheroes and Star Wars characters.
Tickets for the event can be purchased at lovehelpzkidzsa.eventbrite.com. Ticket prices are ($35) for adults and children ages 12 and younger are free. They include entry into the event and food will be provided. You can also purchase a VIP table for 10 ($320) to receive a discount off the ticketed price, recognition at the event and a reserved table.
