Drive-thru Flu Shot Events

Registration Instructions

1. Go to the Dates Offered tab.

2. Click the Register button for the flu shot drive-thru event you are wanting to attend.

3. Select a time for your flu shot appointment. Note: The blue text is the location of the flu drive. Please ignore the information about Robert B. Green Campus.

4. Please complete the CAPTCHA. This is a spam prevention measure.

5. Select one of the two options:

Option 1: Login and schedule

If you are a University Health patient and have an activated University Health MyChart account, please click Log in and schedule (shown in the image below). Use your MyChart credentials to continue registering. This will save you time by prefilling all of your patient information and your MyChart vaccine record will be automatically updated.

Option 2: Schedule as guest

If you do not have an activated University Health MyChart account, please click Schedule as a guest (shown in the image below).

6. To complete your registration as a guest, you will need to complete the insurance step. Please note that the flu shots are free and you will need to do the following in order to successfully register:

• For the "Select your insurance provider" field, select No insurance.
• For the "Who will be paying for costs not covered by insurance?" field, select Someone else.
• Then click Submit. 

7. Finally, you should have reached the Appointment Details page. This is confirming you have successfully registered for your appointment. Note: Please ignore the information about Robert B. Green Campus. The location of the flu drive event can be found under the Visit Instructions located at the bottom of the webpage (shown in the image below.

Tips & Reminders

• Print or take a screen shot of your Appointment Details. It's important to include the Visit Instructions located at the bottom of the webpage in your screen shot.
• Add your appointment to your calendar.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email you used when registering. If you registered by logging into MyChart, the confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your MyChart account.
• To review the location of your appointment, please refer to the following instructions based on how you registered for your appointment.

• Registered as a Guest

You can review the location details of your appointment in your confirmation email.

If you printed or took a screen shot of the Appointment Details webpage, please refer to the Visit Instructions located at the bottom of the webpage.

• Registered with your MyChart account

1. Go to your MyChart account
2. Click on Visits
3. Click on the appointment labeled Flu Shot
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
5. Your appointment details will be found under Visit Instructions
