Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces of crinkle-cut sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • McCormick’s Grill-Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning
  • Optional: Honey

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil onto paper.
  4. Arrange pre-cut sweet potatoes on the sheet. Try not to overcrowd, or they may become soggy.
  5. Gently rotate them until all sides are coated with oil. Add more oil if needed.
  6. Lightly sprinkle the Smokehouse Maple seasoning over the fries and rotate them to get even coverage.
  7. Place the sheet pan into the center of the oven rack.
  8. Roast for 15-30 minutes.
  9. Every 15 minutes, use tongs to gently rotate and mix the potatoes so all sides get heat evenly.
  10. Remove from the oven and lightly drizzle honey over the fries, if desired.
