1 pineapple, cored and cut into 6 wedges

- Preheat flattop grill to 350°F, lightly oil to prevent sticking
- Whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl
- Transfer sugar mix into large plastic bag, shake each pineapple wedge individually inside bag
Grill wedges on flattop grill for 3-5minutes each side
