Serving Size 2 tacos
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tsp fajita seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 2 ½ tsp fat-free sour cream
- 1 medium, diced avocado
- 2 tbsp Cholula original hot sauce
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Season both sides of the tilapia using fajita seasoning and add the tilapia to the pan. Sauté each side for 3-5 minutes or until tilapia begins to flake easily. Flake tilapia into pieces using a fork.
- In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Set aside.
- Warm up tortillas.
- Assemble tacos by placing tilapia, cabbage mix, 1 tsp of sour cream and avocado in each tortilla. Top with hot sauce.
