Heart Month

When should someone start checking their risk for heart disease? You might be surprised to learn that heart disease risk assessments should begin as early as age 20. Dr. Kit Powers recommends partnering with your primary care provider to monitor blood pressure and other health indicators during annual exams. Start by taking our heart risk assessment to better understand your individual risk.
