Paid Time Off (PTO) Program
Balancing Life, Work & Family
The challenge of balancing work, family, school and other personal responsibilities is different for each employee. Whatever your need, interest or responsibility, our approach to time off provides the flexibility to plan your work and personal life. Eligible University Health employees begin accruing PTO benefit hours in their own personal bank from the first day of work.
How PTO Works
Our PTO program allows each employee to accumulate and schedule time off according to individual needs. When an employee needs time off, time is drawn from their PTO bank.
Blood Donor PTO Incentives
Receive up to 80 hours of PTO per year as a blood donor. Learn more on the blood donor incentives page.
